No Regrets: Hope for Your Caregiving Season shares Rayna Neises’ personal heart-warming stories and practical suggestions for journeying through one’s caregiving season.
The healthy integration of caring for an aging parent requires being able to walk them all the way to the end of their life while still having a life to walk back into. It helps you consider how being intentional in their season of caring will allow them to care for their loved one well while at the same time not losing themselves in the caring.
The ‘Hope for a Caring Heart Journal’ is more than just a journal; it’s a lifeline for those with a big caring heart seeking solace and strength.
Crafted with love by Rayna Neises, this journal offers scripture, prayers, reflections, and space for your personal gratitude, helping you navigate the complexities of caregiving with grace and faith.

About Rayna
I have spent 20 years in education. I have been a public, private and parochial schoolteacher. I also worked for a for-profit supplemental education network, eventually partnering with my dad to become a small business owner of an Educational Services franchise.
I met and married my farmer, which took me to the farm and away from my franchise. That is when I found coaching. I completed my training at Professional Christian Coaching Institute and opened a coaching practice.
I love coaching, helping people make the changes in their life to experience true Hope and Peace in their life.
Being a creative soul, I also enjoy using technology to help others to share their message with the world. You can learn more about that below as well,
My husband and I live on a farm in southeast Kansas with our 3 dogs. We raise wheat, corn, soybeans and alfalfa.
Family is an important part of life. We have 7 grand kids and 4 adult kids and 3 kid-in-laws.
My experience with different seasons in life and the deep desire to find where God had me to serve in each season of my life has prepared me to walk with you and help you move through this season in your life.
