Walking Through the Hard with Hope?
Soul Strong Coaching is where faith and practical support meet. Whether you’re caregiving, grieving, or navigating a life transition, you don’t have to walk it alone.
Faith-rooted support for women in hard seasons.
Soul Strong Coaching offers a safe, grace-filled space for Christian women to pause, process, and move forward with renewed clarity and hope. Whether you’re navigating caregiving, grief, or a life transition, you don’t have to do it alone.
Led by Rayna Neises, an ICF-certified Christian coach, Soul Strong helps you find strength that’s anchored in faith and fueled by purpose.

Looking for caregiving support?
You don’t have to do this alone. Explore resources and coaching designed to bring you hope, strength, and encouragement for the road ahead.

A parent’s diminishing independence and increased need means your support is irreplaceable.
As an experienced caregiver and certified coach, I welcome the opportunity to keep you encouraged and to be a resource for you as you learn how to provide support and walk with your parent through this season!
Private coaching, workshops and support groups are just some of the ways we can connect.
No Regrets: Hope for Your Caregiving Season shares Rayna Neises’ personal heart-warming stories and practical suggestions for journeying through one’s caregiving season.
The healthy integration of caring for an aging parent requires being able to walk them all the way to the end of their life while still having a life to walk back into. It helps you consider how being intentional in their season of caring will allow them to care for their loved one well while at the same time not losing themselves in the caring.
Caregiving is hard. “Content Magazine” is an electronic quarterly magazine designed to help you breathe, find peace in Him and head back out into your caregiving life.
Each magazine is delivered to your inbox packed full of page after page of hope and scripture. Family caregivers author articles filled with funny stories, prayers, poems, and devotions.

About Rayna
With over 20 years in education, I’ve served as a public, private, and parochial schoolteacher, and later as a small business owner in the educational services field. My journey has taken me from classrooms to corporate leadership—and eventually to the farm when I married my favorite farmer and stepped into a new season.
It was during that transition that I discovered coaching. I completed my training with the Professional Christian Coaching Institute and became an ICF-certified coach, opening a practice to walk alongside Christian women in hard seasons of life.
I love helping others make meaningful, faith-rooted changes—so they can experience real hope, lasting peace, and renewed clarity.
As a creative soul, I also enjoy supporting others in sharing their God-given message with the world through technology and design.
Today, my husband and I live on a farm in southeast Kansas where we raise wheat, corn, soybeans, and alfalfa—and enjoy life with our two dogs. Family is at the heart of our life—we’re blessed with four adult children, four wonderful in-laws, and eight amazing grandchildren.
Each season of my life has shaped me and drawn me closer to God’s purpose. That journey has prepared me to walk with you—to help you navigate your season with strength, grace, and soul-deep hope
