Bring a Spiritually Deep Women’s Retreat to Your Church
—Without the Planning Stress.
A “Conference in a Box” designed specifically for the hearts of rural and small-church women.
Pastor or Ministry Leader,
Are you seeking to invigorate your women’s ministry or initiate a new season of spiritual growth in your church?
Planning a meaningful retreat can be daunting, but Harvest of Hope is designed to be a seamless, impactful experience for both the women in your congregation and community.
I know that in rural ministry, you wear a dozen hats. You want to offer your women a time of spiritual renewal, but the thought of planning a full retreat from scratch feels overwhelming.
I created this conference to be a partner, not just a speaker. I don’t just speak about the harvest; I live it. Life on a third-generation farm and worship in a small-town parish has taught me the resilient strength of small congregations.
Harvest of Hope is a “Conference in a Box.” I bring the teaching, the materials, and the marketing tools, so you can focus on what matters most: shepherding the hearts of your women.
The Theme: Rooted, Harvested and Crowned
“Sow righteousness for yourselves, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the Lord, until he comes and showers his righteousness on you.” Hosea 10:12
This conference helps women transition from the “hard soil” of life’s challenges to a harvest of faith. It is not just a feel-good day, it is a day of breaking up fallow ground.
Three Transformative Sessions
Session 1: Rooted in Christ
Breaking Up the Unplowed Ground
Women will identify the specific “rocks” blocking their spiritual growth and create a plan to break up that fallow ground.
Session 2: Harvest of Faith
Sowing Seeds of Truth
We tackle the “inner critic” and feelings of being overlooked, replacing them with assurance of God’s perfect timing.
Session 3: Crowned
Bearing Good Fruit
A celebration of God’s unfailing love, redefining success as faithful perseverance, not perfection.

Hi I’m Rayna Neises . I live on a third-generation farm in southeast Kansas, where the rhythm of the seasons—both harvest and winter—serves as a constant reminder of God’s faithfulness.
As an author, speaker, and coach, I’m is deeply passionate about serving those in rural and underserved areas: the quiet, faithful souls who have persevered through both the good and the hard.
Having navigated a long journey caring for my mother and father through Alzheimer’s, I understand that “success” in God’s eyes often looks different than the world’s version. Whether I’m teaching, facilitating a support group, or praying for others, my mission is to help women break up the “fallow ground” of their hearts so they can experience a fresh rain of spiritual renewal.
Bringing the Harvest to Your Church
I am deeply committed to serving rural and small congregations—the quiet pillars of our faith. My goal is to make this event accessible and impactful for your community.
