Bring a Spiritually Deep Women’s Retreat to Your Church

—Without the Planning Stress.

Harvest of Hope is a one-day women’s retreat experience designed to help women slow down, breathe deeply, and encounter God’s hope in the hard places of life.

Rooted in Hosea 10:12, this retreat invites women to bring their hard ground to the Lord, receive His renewing presence, and remember they are cherished daughters of the King.

Perfect for rural churches, small congregations, and women’s ministries seeking renewal, restoration, and hope.

Pastor or Ministry Leader,

Are you longing to offer the women in your church a meaningful time of spiritual renewal — but feeling overwhelmed by the planning?

I understand.

In rural ministry and small-church life, you often wear many hats. You want to create space for women to encounter God, be refreshed in His Word, and reconnect with one another, but planning a full retreat from scratch can feel like one more heavy responsibility.

That is why I created Harvest of Hope.

This retreat is designed to be spiritually deep, easy to host, and especially meaningful for women who have walked through weary seasons, quiet grief, disappointment, caregiving, waiting, or simply the daily weight of showing up for everyone else.

I bring the teaching, reflection materials, promotional support, and planning partnership so your team can focus on welcoming and shepherding the women God brings.

The Theme:

Rooted. Faithful. Crowned.

“Sow righteousness for yourselves, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the Lord, until he comes and showers his righteousness on you.”
Hosea 10:12

Harvest of Hope helps women move from hard places to renewed hope, rooted faith, and the reminder that they are cherished daughters of the King.

Through biblical teaching, guided reflection, listening prayer, and meaningful visual reminders, women are invited to:

  • acknowledge the hard places of life,
  • receive the living water of God’s presence,
  • plant seeds of truth,
  • and remember they are cherished daughters of the King.

This is not just a feel-good day. It is a sacred pause for women to let God soften, restore, and renew.

Three Transformative Sessions

Session 1:

Rooted in Christ

Breaking Up the Unplowed Ground

Women are invited to acknowledge the places in their hearts that may have become hard through grief, weariness, disappointment, comparison, caregiving, or unanswered questions.

Together, we explore Hosea 10:12 and the invitation to bring our unplowed ground honestly before the Lord — not with shame, but with hope.

Key takeaway: God is not afraid of our hard places. He meets us there.

Session 2:

Harvest of Faith

Sowing Seeds of Truth

Using the Jericho plant as a living picture of renewal, women will discover that dry does not mean dead.

Through Scripture, reflection, and listening prayer, they will invite God’s living water into weary places and identify the truth He wants to plant in the soil of their hearts.

Key takeaway: The dry places in us can open again when brought to the Living Water.

Session 3:

Crowned

Bearing Good Fruit

This closing session celebrates the harvest God brings — not perfection, performance, or striving, but faithful perseverance rooted in His unfailing love.

Women will be reminded that they are cherished daughters of the King, crowned with love and compassion, and invited to walk forward in peace, hope, and grace.

Key takeaway: We are rooted in Christ, faithful in the waiting, and crowned by grace.

A Living Picture of Hope

One of the unique elements of Harvest of Hope is the use of the Jericho plant, often called a resurrection plant.

At first glance, it appears dry, curled up, and lifeless. But when placed in water, it begins to open.

This becomes a beautiful picture for the women attending:

Dry does not mean dead.

Many women have places in their hearts that have curled inward because of grief, disappointment, weariness, or waiting. Harvest of Hope creates space for them to bring those places to Jesus, the Living Water, and begin to receive His renewal.

Everything You Need to Host

Harvest of Hope is designed to be spiritually meaningful for your women and manageable for your ministry team.

This is more than a speaker coming in for the day. Harvest of Hope is a thoughtfully prepared women’s retreat experience with biblical teaching, reflection materials, promotional support, planning partnership, and a beautiful theme-based atmosphere that helps women engage the message from the moment they walk in.

What’s Included

Three Retreat Teaching Sessions

Each session is rooted in Scripture and designed to lead women through a meaningful spiritual journey:

  • Rooted in Christ: Breaking up the unplowed ground
  • Harvest of Faith: Receiving living water and sowing seeds of truth
  • Crowned: Bearing good fruit and remembering we are cherished daughters of the King

Together, these sessions help women bring the hard places of life to the Lord, receive His renewing presence, and leave reminded that there is always hope.

Reflection Guides and Interactive Moments

Attendees receive guided opportunities to pause, pray, reflect, and respond to what God is speaking.

These may include:

  • Scripture reflection
  • Personal journaling prompts
  • Listening prayer moments
  • Small group or table discussion
  • A closing prayer of blessing

The goal is not just for women to hear a message, but to personally engage with the Lord in a gentle and meaningful way.

A Thoughtfully Prepared Retreat Atmosphere

The retreat atmosphere is included as part of the Harvest of Hope experience because the visuals are not just decoration, they help reinforce the message.

Harvest, roots, wheat, crowns, and hope-filled reminders are woven throughout the space to help women remember:

They are rooted in Christ, faithful in the waiting, and crowned as cherished daughters of the King.

The atmosphere may include:

  • Themed table decor
  • Crown and harvest accents
  • Food table touches
  • A photo area or photo booth-style space
  • Coordinating paper goods
  • Hope-themed visual reminders
  • Take-home keepsakes or stickers, as available

These details help create a warm, welcoming space where women feel seen, valued, and invited into the retreat theme.

Promotional Support

To make planning easier for your church, I provide promotional support you can use as you invite women from your congregation and community.

This may include:

  • Event description copy
  • Bulletin or newsletter wording
  • Social media captions
  • Simple promotional graphics
  • Suggested announcement language

Your team does not have to start with a blank page.

Planning Partnership

Before the retreat, we will schedule a planning conversation to walk through details such as room layout, schedule, worship options, hospitality, volunteer roles, and the specific needs of your church or community.

My heart is to partner with you, not simply present a program.

Atmosphere Audio Support

If your church has a worship team or musician, wonderful.

If not, I can provide curated music support to help create a peaceful and worshipful environment, including playlist options for arrival, reflection, worship moments, and background atmosphere.

What Your Church Provides

To help the day run smoothly, your church provides:

  • A gathering space with tables and chairs
  • Basic hospitality, such as coffee, water, snacks, or a meal if desired
  • Basic AV support, such as a microphone and screen if available
  • Optional worship leader or worship team
  • A small volunteer team to help with setup, cleanup, hospitality, and the resource table

A few willing helpers make a big difference and allow the day to feel peaceful, welcoming, and well cared for.

Harvest Helper Team

I ask each host church to provide a small Harvest Helper Team of 3–4 volunteers.

These volunteers do not need special training, just willing hearts.

Helpful roles include:

  • Setup and cleanup helpers to assist with table setup, placing decor, hospitality areas, light cleanup, and repacking retreat materials.
  • Resource table helper to assist with books, resources, and payments during breaks.

This allows me to spend more time connecting personally with the women — signing books, answering questions, praying with them, and having meaningful conversations.

Designed to Be Easy to Host

Harvest of Hope is especially suited for rural churches, small congregations, and women’s ministries that want to offer something spiritually rich without carrying the full weight of planning alone.

You provide the space, hospitality, and a few helping hands.

I bring the teaching, materials, retreat atmosphere, and partnership.

Together, we create a day where women can slow down, breathe deeply, and encounter God’s hope in the hard places of life.

Hi, I'm Rayna Neises

Rayna Neises

I live on a third-generation farm in southeast Kansas, where the rhythm of planting, waiting, harvest, and winter continually reminds me of God’s faithfulness.

As an author, speaker, coach, and caregiver advocate, I am passionate about serving women in rural and small-church communities, especially those who have carried quiet burdens, walked through hard seasons, and kept showing up faithfully.

Through my own seasons of grief, caregiving, and surrender, I have learned that God meets us tenderly in the hard places. My heart is to help women slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the hope of His renewing presence.

Bringing the Harvest to Your Church

I am deeply committed to serving rural and small congregations — the quiet pillars of our faith.

Harvest of Hope is offered through an honorarium plus travel costs. Because this retreat includes teaching, reflection materials, planning support, and a thoughtfully prepared atmosphere, I am happy to discuss details and shape the day to fit your church’s unique context and budget.

Whether your women’s ministry is established, needing fresh momentum, or just beginning, this one-day retreat can be a meaningful way to gather women around Scripture, prayer, and hope.

Ready to Plant Seeds of Hope?

You provide the space and the heart. I provide the teaching, tools, and partnership.

Let’s work together to bring a day of renewal, restoration, and hope to the women in your church and community.

I am currently booking for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
