Hi, I’m Rayna. Coach, speaker creative—and a woman who believes that there is always hope, even in the hard.
A soul who’s walked through hard things and now helps others find hope, rest, and resilience in the middle of their own.
My Story
From classrooms to caregiving, from business ownership to coaching—I’ve walked through many seasons, each one shaping my heart to serve women who are navigating their own hard chapters.
I’m a certified life coach, former educator, and Alzheimer’s caregiver who believes that God never wastes our pain.
My journey is proof that even in life’s hardest places, hope is always within reach.
My Values & Beliefs
Rooted in Faith. Driven by Compassion. Grounded in Truth.
Faith First
I love God deeply and believe He is present and purposeful in every season of life, especially the hard ones. My work is anchored in Scripture and led by the Holy Spirit.
Compassionate Presence
I’m an encourager and confidant who offers safe, nonjudgmental space for women to process, grieve, grow, and heal.
Truth with Grace
I believe in being a reliable, honest voice—speaking truth in love, offering clarity, and gently guiding women toward hope-filled next steps.
My Approach
Faith-filled. Gentle. Growth-focused.
Coaching with me is a sacred conversation—one built on trust, compassion, and grace. I create a calm, supportive space where you can pause, take a deep breath, and be fully seen without judgment.
We’ll work together to uncover what’s keeping you stuck, clarify what you truly want in this season, and create simple, faith-aligned steps forward. I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help you hear your own heart—because I believe the Holy Spirit is already at work in you.
My coaching is not about giving advice or fixing your life. It’s about equipping you to move forward with confidence, peace, and soul-deep strength… knowing you’re not walking alone.

My Family
My husband, Ron—affectionately known as “Farmer”—and I make our home on a wheat, corn, soybean, and alfalfa farm in southeast Kansas. Life here is filled with wide-open spaces, quiet mornings, and the steady rhythms of the land.
Farmer brought four amazing children into our marriage, and it’s been a joy to love them as my own. They are all grown now and have given us four wonderful in-loves and then blessed us with eight grandchildren who keep life full of laughter, joy, and sweet chaos.
We also share our home with two adorable dogs who are always underfoot and part of the family.
